Leasing incorporated coordination with a long-standing retailer in the building, The Painted Door, to allow customers to access both businesses from the restaurant suite. When International Crystal Manufacturing decided to retire, they hired Price Edwards to sell their property for them. I worked with colleagues Chris Roberts and Tre Dupuy to sell these buildings to a local developer. They’ve been completely remodeled and put back into service.
