We represented the landlord in this transaction to bring new life to a longtime landmark in Midtown. Construction on Mezzo should be complete in early 2026.

Ground floor retail fully leased during the pandemic to align with the completion of building construction. Tenants include a physician, pharmacy, kitchen showroom, bridal shoppe and luxury sneaker retailer.

CLIENT: Midtown Renaissance

New location for Old Spaghetti Factory. Leasing incorporated coordination with a long-standing retailer in the building, The Painted Door, to allow customers to access both businesses from the restaurant suite. This 15,000+ SF 2nd gen space was an intricate leasing project that contributes to vitality of Bricktown.

Skydance Brewing Company grew out of the brewer’s co-op into their new brewery and taproom. Anchor tenant for this redevelopment project.

Barkeep OKC, Edward Jones, Hacienda Tacos & Happy Place Yoga are recent additions to the historic Plaza Court building.

Initial lease-up for 6 micro-retail units at The Sentinel in Midtown. Tenants include a salon, pilates studio, tattoo studio, massage therapist and creative agency.

Initial lease-up included 14 micro-units for small business owners. Ongoing projects include lease renewals and project expansion to meet tenants’ needs. Current tenants include a landscape design firm, interior designers, handmade clothing, apothecary, lobbyist, art dealer, aesthetician, and photographer.
