Leasing incorporated coordination with a long-standing retailer in the building, The Painted Door, to allow customers to access both businesses from the restaurant suite. This 15,000+ SF 2nd gen space was an intricate leasing project that contributes to vitality of Bricktown.

Skydance Brewing Company grew out of the brewer’s co-op into their new brewery and taproom. Anchor tenant for this redevelopment project.

This unique project featured 5 office condos with distinctive architectural design. After the client tenanted the first two units, we sold or leased the last three units to a design firm, law firm and aesthetics provider. This is a beautiful new development for Nichols Hills.
